Sugata Mitra in Delft

Donderdag 6 januari 2011 gaf Sugata Mitra een 'lecture' in Delft bij de faculteit Techology, Policy and Management (TPM). Ik had al vaker over zijn experimenten en onderzoek gelezen en wou daar nu wel eens over horen uit zijn mond. Met dank aan onder meer Willem Karssenberg voor zijn tip en ook aan Wilfred Rubens voor zijn tip en voor de artikelen die hij regelmatig over Sugata heeft geschreven: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.

Het was zeer de moeite waard, inspirerend en biedt me voldoende stof tot nadenken. Later misschien meer...

Handig ! "... a list of all of the points from last night's keynote that were tweeted independently by at least two people. It would be fascinating to compare this list to Dr. Mitra's speaker notes....". O.a. Reading comprehension and information search and analysis skills are the most essential skills for primary education. The educator's most important job is to ask the right questions. Students will figure out the rest.
